Private theater room with sauna

Situated on a very quiet and peaceful valley, the ranch overlooks a beautiful pond, has a year round creek, evergreen forest edged by an old pioneer road that is now a meandering trail reminiscent of times gone past with a few old growth cedars and maple trees. The house design is a lovely contemporary style and large guest room has it own theater with overhead projector. The full bath also includes a solid wood electric sauna for your total relaxation, health, and enjoyment. We have lovey pets. Outdoor deck that overlooks the pond with french doors. Host will greet you upon your arrival and introduce you to your room and walk you through the amenities. Then we will take a stroll through the property and see what wildlife may be about and or check in with the livestock and see what they are up to. On the evening of the first nights stay and meet a greet with hosts) with local wine or sparkling apple cider and cheese will be available in the dinning room. Migratory birds and birds of prey can be seen daily in this landscape that foothills the western slopes of the Cascade Mountain range. Three sleeping volcanoes can be seen in the distance driving through including Mt. Rainier, Mt. St. Helen's, and Mt. Adams. We are 47 minutes to the Pacific Ocean and Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon are only an 1 1/2 hours away. Old town Centralia has a wonderful collection of antique stores; great restaurants include an Irish Pub, O'Blarney's, and the Olympic Club Hotel and Theater operated by McMenamins, and a fine east Indian restaurant called Great Cuisine of India. For your shopping pleasure there is the Centralia Outlets as well as a slew of mom and pop shops. Hiking trails and state parks near by offer an array of outdoor activities including rafting, hiking gentle coastal mountain slopes or intensive high mountain trails into the Cascade Mountain Ranges, biking down the Rail Trail, skiing, and walking on beaches and digging for mollusks. Enterprise Car Rental office is just 3 miles down the road from our property. Amtrak train runs from California to Canada and runs North to South is the same 3 miles away. Pick up and drop off arrangements can be made to host for train and car rental reservations. Tips kindly accepted.
