THERE IS A BEDROOM AND A BATH, DOWNSTAIRS (queen size bed), across from the downstairs bathroom for those that have a hard time with stairs. All other bedrooms are upstairs with another full bath up stairs. There is a new playground around the corner from our rental with lots of climbing availability for the little ones. Across the street from the play ground is the athletic field, tennis court, basketball court and skate boarding will be a hit for those traveling with children and young adults. We want you to be comfortable and feel at home here in our rental. Since, Scott, my son, lives in the apartment over the garage, someone will be there to make sure you have everything you need. Just give us a call day or night. We will do what we can to help or fix whatever might be wrong. After a nice day in the park, maybe you would like to relax in the back yard or cook a meal on the grill or use the fire pit. This home is located on the lower Main Street, near the YMCA and the athletic field. You are minutes away from connecting to the many restaurants and shops in the area. Close by is The Jackson Laboratory, MDI Hospital, new dentist in town, Mosaic Salon, Pat's Pizza, Havana's, and a short distance to the park entrances. Our Edgewood Street property is new to the renting season and already have had great reviews. We also own a place on Ledgelawn Ave. Property # 311597 listed on Home Away website. I can assure you that this new property, will be just as nice and you will be happy with all we have done in there to make your stay comfortable. You are a short walk to the Shore Path where you can start your walk on Wayman Lane, by the hospital. Just follow the street down and you will see the path that takes you along the shore. Enjoy the beauty of the ocean and the homes that are in the area. End your walk along the shore on the town pier or stop along the way and sit in the park. There are lots of places to get an ice cream coming back into town or wait until you are almost home and get an ice cream at the end of our street where the rental is. There is a new skate board area at the athletic field for the young and adventurous people. Also, a really nice playground for the younger generation. Bike rentals, kayaking, boat tours, carriage rides, trolley and bus rides are available in the area and within walking distance to your rental. If you are really brave there are rock climbing lessons in the area, too. Enjoy all that the island has to offer. (Suggestion is that you look into booking the more popular tours, early in the season and they sell out fast)
