Upon entering the home, you will be greeted with an open concept, split floor plan living area with plenty of room to entertain and relax with friends and family. Living area features all new furniture, breakfast bar, dining area, Pac Man game, and a 70" TV. Large sliding door opens up to a private, fenced in backyard. Low maintenance tile floors throughout the home. Queen-sized sleeper sofa available for guests. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living and dining area and features a breakfast bar. Kitchen is stocked with lots of extras for your stay. Laundry room features a full sized washer and dryer. For your dogs, a dog bed and accessories available to use during your stay. The spacious master suite features a king-sized bed, extra large walk-in closet, 50" TV, and private bathroom. After a long day in the sun, it's the perfect place to escape for some quiet, private time. Curl up in the cozy corner chair with a good book and relax. Separate from the master suite are two more bedrooms for your guests. One bedroom features one bunk bed with a trundle, twin bed, and a 40" TV. The other bedroom features a king-sized bed and 50" TV. A full bathroom is conveniently located between the bedrooms. When you are ready to hit the beach you will find miles and miles of natural beauty for you to explore. Grab a pole and go shore fishing, stroll on the beach looking for shells, splash in the refreshing salt water, relax and soak up some rays, there is something for everyone. Need a break from the beach? Set out on a venture to discover the local shopping, galleries, entertainment and restaurants. In 15 minutes you can be in downtown Port St. Joe. Visit the historic lighthouses and museums. Venture a little further to Cape San Blas and ride horseback on the beach or take a trip over to St. Vincent Island for the day. St Joseph Bay offers some of the best inshore fishing in Florida, book a charter and bring in the ?fish tale? of the day. About 40 minutes away you can visit the historic fishing community of Apalachicola. All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. We also provide an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, bath soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dishwasher detergent. CANCELLATION POLICY: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3% of all payments made. Reservations cancelled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations cancelled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments. EXTRA CLEANING MEASURES HAVE BEEN PUT IN PLACE, AND HOME HAS BEEN DEEP CLEANED AND SANITIZED IN BETWEEN GUESTS. Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old. This property is pet-friendly and allows up to 2 dogs. THERE WILL BE A PET FEE OF $125, PLUS TAX WHICH WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR RESERVATION IF APPLICABLE.
