Multi-month renter preferred. Discount offered for 6-month lease. The fully equipped, modern and roomy kitchen includes seating for two at the bar. The dining area has a table for six. Living room features views of the canal or the flat-screened TV from its ultra-comfy leather seating. Three bedrooms, one with an en-suite bath, feature queen beds. Large bonus room with pool/ping pong table. Two separate covered patios with seating and dining areas. Gas grill. Huge dock with fish cleaning station. Low-clearance bridge out of neighborhood. Steps into water for easy kayak or paddleboard access. Davits are for owner's use only.  This is a 28-day minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all guests need to be registered with the property manager. No smoking. No pets. There's a cap on electric ($200) and water/sewer ($150) - usage above those amounts will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to the credit card on file.
