Here at our beautiful Adobe Hacienda Estate we offer the tranquility of Sedona as you will have views of the gorgeous red rocks straight from the patio! This estate is being offered as a commercial building thus allowing us to be able to host your wedding or reunion at the property. We work with the Sedona Golf Resort and are able to host parties up to 44 people right on the golf course! We look forward to hosting your event at our estate! We provide one complimentary gourmet breakfast per group, per stay. Additionally, for groups staying longer than one night, there is an option to purchase breakfasts for a $15/person/additional day(s) rate. Be sure to ask our concierge about more details! Must be 25 years or older to rent. Renting person must be staying in the home. Guest Access: Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with spa equipment to ensure no damage and the spa will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night! Interaction with Guests: We are here for you, as our guest, as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Please report via your appropriate channel messenger first, during business hours of 7am-7pm, if it is not an utter emergency, and we do our best to respond within an hour. If there is an emergency that needs our attention right away please contact our business line immediately! Otherwise, we like to respect our guest's privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in our home! The Neighborhood: Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood. If you're looking for more night time fun, our team of concierge can help make arrangements for an evening on the town! Getting Around: We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyft for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our team of concierge is here to assist our guests with enjoying the city of Phoenix, but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own we provide great info in our welcome binders! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay. We can provide the following extra's at a fee to ensure you have a platinum experience: o Early check-in and Late checkout (if available)- In advance, we offer to add an additional night to either end of your stay for the nightly rate plus tax which will secure your early arrival or late departure! If you'd like to chance the availability and wait until 7 days or less prior to your arrival, the fee is $250. If still available 24 hours in advance the fee is $150.
