Third bedroom has 2 single beds and shared bathroom with the fourth bedroom that has bunk beds. Jack&Jill bathroom also has double sinks, granite counters, tub/shower combination, beautiful tile with that beachy feel. Our unit is spacious, clean, bright with an open concept. The kitchen has granite counters, beautiful cabinetry, and supplies for all your cooking needs. Full size refrigerator, flat top stove, microwave, K cup coffee maker. The living room has plenty of seating, flat screen TV and a queen pullout sofa bed. The walk-out balcony off living room has beach and bay views. Elevator to all floors, 2 car garage, private washer and dryer in the unit. The PRIVATE pool is heated with full covered patio, table, chairs, gas grill, flat screen TV.Ping Pong table 4 Adult bikes. We supply all linens, bath towels, 4 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 10 beach chairs, 10 beach towels. We also own the adjoining house that has the same floor plan and is also available to rent.
