Named by Travel + Leisure magazine as one of “America’s Favorite Towns,” come and enjoy all our lil’ modern day Mayberry has to offer. The bungalow is outfitted with the comforts of home including a full sized washer/dryer, Keurig (with complimentary coffee pod starter kit), french press/bean grinder, record player, a nice vinyl selection, Bluetooth speaker and is walking distance to the Franklin Factory and a short drive to Main Street’s boutiques and restaurants. Enjoy the private backyard, sit on the covered back porch enjoying the fire pit and watching the train go by. Oh and did I mention the cornhole? We’ve some sweet Mayberry feels going on! You will be able to check-in 24/7. There is a keyless entry lock on back door. Most items in the home are new including the mattresses, bedding, towels, dishes, pots/pans. All appliances are updated and modern. If traveling with children and requested 48 hours in advance of your stay, a complimentary pack and play will be provided. **There is a train that runs behind the house at approximately 10pm and midnight. You can hear the train from within the home. A Homedics Spa Sound machine are been provided on the nightstand in each bedroom. This is a full-time rental property allowing our guests the luxury of privacy and full-access to the entire home and property (except the shed) including use of all closets and the fridge, etc. Thank you for viewing the bungalow!
