Quail Walk(a legal, licensed nightly rental with a current Okanogan County health permit as required by law) offers comfortable lodging for 6, within walking and biking distance of the grocery store, cinema, pedestrian trail, and Winthrop town center. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, propane BBQ, snowshoes for your use, and a one-car garage for your vehicle & bicycles, or ski waxing. Other features include high-speed Internet and a flat screen TV/DVD with speaker sound system available to plug in any device. The downstairs consists of a living room, electric fireplace, dining room that seats 6 comfortably, breakfast bar with bar stools, full kitchen, and half bathroom. The kitchen is fully-equipped, including two coffee makers, a Crock pot, and basics such as coffee & tea, salt & pepper, and cooking oil. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms: a large (master) bedroom with queen bed and bathroom with shower; a second bedroom with queen bed; and a third bedroom with two twin beds. The two smaller rooms share a bathroom with tub. The master bedroom has a view of Mount Gardener, the other two rooms look toward the southeast and wildlife. Shampoo, soap, and hair dryer provided in the bathrooms. We DO NOT guarantee that the internet service/speed will meet your work or school needs. Our valley is very rural and getting service personnel to fix things in a timely manner is a challenge. Your patience is required. We rent lodging, not office /school space. ** Okanogan County has permitted the opening of legal, licensed nightly/extended stay, professionally cleaned rentals. We only rent legal, Okanogan County health department licensed, professionally cleaned properties. Visitors should join locals and wear masks in public, practice social distancing, and enhanced hand washing protocol. We ask that you bring masks, disinfectant hand wipes, Purell, and/or gloves and keep them in your car for use when out and about. We have very limited supplies in our stores for you to purchase should you need any of the above. It is vitally important for you leave before 11 AM, so the cleaner can get in and do a thorough job for the next guests. There will be no late checkouts permitted.
