The Great Escape, tucked back in a beautiful cove on Lake Lanier, is the perfect place for a getaway. This gorgeous home is located in North Georgia nestled among trees and just steps away from the water. This home has a 2-story deck that overlooks the backyard and Lake Lanier. You will have full access to the entire home as well as the private party dock where you can swim, relax and dine. Outside, you will enjoy our 2 story deck with filtered views of the lake and a variety of seating areas on both levels. Enjoy the spacious backyard with a stone walkway that leads you the fire pit, the perfect spot to relax and look at the stars after a long day on the water. The private dock with a boat slip is just a few steps away from the backyard. Whether you are looking for a family-friendly destination, adventurous outdoor activities, or just some fun in the sun, this waterfront home is the perfect spot. This is our little slice of paradise in Northern Georgia. Located on Lake Lanier we have everything you need to enjoy lake life with year round gorgeous views. The Space: You will access to the entire home. Large family spaces inside the house for dining and game nights. You have full use of the coffee maker, the kitchen (if you feel like eating in!), and the laundry room. We have provided smart TVs for your stay, which allow you access through WiFi to your Netflix or other streaming accounts. We already have Hulu connected to all TV devices. Main Level: The master bedroom is located on the main level with one king bed and a 50 inch Smart TV. This bedroom also has its own bathroom with his & her sinks, shower, bath tub, and walk-in closet. The laundry room, access to the garage, and the kitchen are located on the main level as well. The spacious living room has a 65 inch Smart TV. After days spent outdoors, you'll look forward to curling up in front of the fireplace, soaking in the tub, or simply gathering with friends and family for game night. The main level also has access to the top deck. This is the perfect spot to kick back, relax, and watch the sunset over the lake. You will also have full access to the grill that sits on the on the top deck as well. 2nd Level: The Upstairs has 4 bedrooms as well as 1 full bathroom. The first 3 bedrooms all have charming Queen sized beds with spacious closets. The 4th bedroom has 3 twin over full sized bunk beds (top bunk is a twin sized mattress and bottom bunk is a full) This bedroom is perfect for the kiddos and also has a Smart TV for entertaining. The 2nd level also has a loft that overlooks the downstairs living room. The loft has plenty of room for seating and is the perfect spot for some card games with the family or friends. Basement You will have full access to the basement and all of the games provided. The basement comes with a a brand new 8 foot pool table, balls, and pool sticks. The pool table can even convert to a ping pong table. We have also provided cornhole boards and bags for some outdoor fun. You can access the 2nd level of the deck from the basement. This deck overlooks the backyard, firepit, and plenty of room for some relaxation on the brand patio set.
