Includes main floor queen sleeper sofa & full sleeper sofa on lower level, game room w/ foosball, ping-pong, & darts. Multiple decks w/ lake view, private boat dock for fishing & space to tie up a boat, & access to 3 kayaks. Charming 3 season room for chatting, meals, & relaxation w/ lake view. Eddy Creek Marina is 7 minutes by car/boat. Washer, dryer, propane bbq included. Deep water dock ideal for fishing or pulling up your boat at anytime of the year. Located in cove off the main channel, ideal for swimming, jet skis, playing. The high vaulted ceilings with large windows gives this place on open feel. 20 minutes by boat to Prizer point and Kuttawa Marinas, 7 minutes by boat or by car to Eddycreek Marina. Located across from LBL (land between the lakes) an outdoorsman's paradise for hiking, hunting, offroading, mountain biking & touring along the Bison and Elk reserve. We do not live in Eddyville. We will be available through text or email, but are not going to be on the property during your stay. 7 minute car or boat ride to Eddy Creek Marina. Guests can park their cars on our driveway. We have space for 4-5 vehicles. Streets are tight, so RV’s are not advised. Upper level master bedroom is on its own floor. It is optimized for a beautiful view, but does not have a separate door. Dish Network Cable included with High Speed Internet, WIFI available, but Netflix and streaming services are slow and spotty. The perfect excuse to be outdoors and enjoy each others company. The ideal place for family time, relaxation and making memories. Liability Waiver: You understand that swimming and the use of kayaks is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and using the kayaks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and use of the kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or using the kayaks. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
