Comfortable two-story home with 4 bedrooms/2.5 baths and bonus play area for kids, yay! The home has enough beds for 10, with 2 bunk beds the kids will love! The backyard space is great for grilling and lounging with family and friends. Close to several attractions like the Kalahari Water Resort, Texas Typhoon, and Dell Diamond. Downstairs, you will find the main living area with a spacious living room (TV with cable and 2 sofas), a kitchen that is equipped for cooking, a separate dining and breakfast area, as well as a cute reading room that has a daybed for those who just want to take a nap. Your private Master suite with its own bathroom is also located on the first floor too. Upstairs, your kids can enjoy a sleepover in an animal themed room that has 2 bunk beds. They can also keep themselves entertained right outside their room in the kids play space. You will also find 2 additional rooms upstairs (each with a queen bed), a bathroom, and a family room for relaxing and watching TV (Firestick with Netflix). Out in the backyard patio, sip coffee in the morning from our very own coffee/tea bar (especially for our guests) or even wait until the evening to enjoy the sitting area. Just turn the string lights on and lounge with family and friends.
