The unit contains two bedrooms , 1queen bed, 1 Twin Bed, 1 full bathroom, Galley kitchen and WIFI are also found on the upper unit of the property." Situated near the Rails Trails, Mon River Boat Launch, Paletine Park, Down town shops and more. Guests are invited to make themselves at home in the unit. We provide toilet paper, bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, and dish towels in you unit as well as other consumables. Guests are also encouraged to make use of our Hot Springs Hot Tub and Fire pit in any weather. Guests can come and go anytime through the private entrance. Convenient on street parking is always available. We are available to you through the app, telephone or text anytime day or night. We are located just steps away from Rambling Root (Burgers and Beer) Fox Pizza Den & Note Worthy Sweets and just a stones throw to CVS Pharmacy and locals retail shops. Absolutely no smoking is permitted in our unit. Those who are found to be smoking ANY substance in our unit will be charged an additional $200 + 7% tax for additional cleaning of furniture and unit. A few notes before confirming you book with us. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. If you are booking for another party please have the party create their own profile and verify through Airbnb before booking. Anyone who has not been verified through Airbnb with a government issued ID to prove they are over the age of 21 will not receive the complimentary bottle of wine listed in the ad. Lastly, we are very cautious about accepting Local residents in our Airbnb; please note, if you reside within 100 miles of our location, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation at any time.
