Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. We live on the first floor and the second floor is at your disposal. There is a park and playground within walking distance. Sights within 5 miles are the National Comedy Center, Lucy Desi Museum, Roger Tory Peterson Institute, Audubon Society, and Robert F Jackson Law Center. Within 10 miles is Chautauqua Institution, Chautauqua Lake, Lily Dale Spiritualist Center. Within 20 miles are two ski resorts, Peak n Peek and Holiday Valley in Ellicottville. The driveway closest to the front door is for your use. Please don't block the garage. the upstairs loft is for your use only. you may also enjoy the back yard. We may be reached by phone or text, or just knock on our door. This is a quiet street in an older neighborhood. people walk their dogs and jog here. Friendly place to live. You will probably arrive by car. Exit 13 of Rt 86 is only minutes away. CVS and Tops grocery store are within walking distance, as well as Tasta Pizza, Bellview East restaurant (fried fish) and Azteca Mexican restaurant. There is no kitchen, just a small refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker.
