Awesome Family Destination Vacation Home sleeps 12 people comfortably! Newly constructed in 2019, it is only a short walk to a private beach association – Deauville Beach in South Mantoloking. We have 8 beach badges for your convenience. This is a well-designed house with all the amenities. There are 5 Large Bedrooms and 3.5 Baths on three floors of living space. The first floor has four bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a Laundry Room. The Second floor has a great open space concept with 10-foot ceilings, lots of natural light and ocean views from the living room and east facing deck. On this floor you have a gorgeous over-sized kitchen with sparkling new appliances, dining area, and comfortable living room and half bathroom And, you can also view the sunsets from a second deck on the west side of the house off the kitchen! On the third floor, there is a master bedroom suite with a full bathroom and a separate den with a futon that can possibly accommodate a 13th guest. And there is a small secluded east facing deck off the den that is a perfect place for a nightcap and enjoying the summer night sky. There is ample parking for at least 5 cars between the garage and gravel driveway. We also have a nice enclosed outdoor shower and there is also a fenced-in backyard with a picnic table where the family can gather to relax after a day at the beach. Please No PROM INQUIRIES! CLEANING PROTOCOLS We have always been proud of maintaining high cleaning standards for our guests. However, we are expanding our cleaning protocols to give you added comfort during this COVID-related crisis. Between stays, we will be washing the pillow protectors and mattress pads between all stays and will be washing blankets on as needed basis. In addition, our cleaning crew will be disinfecting counter tops in the high traffic areas like the kitchen and bathrooms. We will also be disinfecting all of the doorknobs in the house. We trust these extra steps will give you the confidence that we are doing all we can to keep everyone healthy and safe. However, these added protocols come with added cost and we are passing along some of the additional expenses we are incurring. We hope you understand.
