🐚🌊 Welcome to Life on a Sandbar! This OCEANVIEW HOME WITH OCEANFRONT POOL is located on NC-12 “beach road”, only a 3 minute walk or 1 minute drive to the Ocean. It is a “second row” home right behind the oceanfront homes. The Main listing photo (with the red stars) shows our home and the closest beach access. This beach access features a lifeguard stand, bathhouse and parking. 🏖🏊‍♀️Right across the street are the Epstein St. Beach access and the Village Beach Club private members only Oceanfront pool (open May to September). The Beach Club also serves food and drink! FOR 2022 BOOKINGS: The Oceanfront pool will be open *weekends only* the first two weeks of May 2022 and then DAILY beginning mid May and throughout the Summer until mid September. And then back to *weekends only* from mid September until the first weekend of October 2022. -Exact "pool open" dates will be available around March/April 2022 and this listing will be updated with those dates at that time. ❤️We take great pride in our home and belongings and it will be evident as soon as you walk in the door. From the décor to the updated, high quality furnishings, you will feel as though you are staying at a friend's house for the weekend and not a run down rental. The beds in this 4 bedroom home include *2 Kings (each with own full bathroom)* *1 Queen* *2 twin bunk bed sets (4 twin beds total)* *Scroll all the way down for a list of amenities included with your stay* 🛏*NEW for the 2022 season: 2 King Master Bedrooms. This 4BR/3.5 Bath will include 2 KING size bedrooms/bathrooms. All mattresses are high quality, comfortable to sleep in and in addition, the King bedroom (on the middle floor) has a Tempurpedic brand mattress. 🏊‍♀️ The Village Beach Club Oceanfront Pool is included with your stay and is a private membership pool and, therefore, typically doesn’t get too crowded. They have plenty of parking as well as a separate private beach access so that you can park and access the beach without ever having to walk through the pool area. The club also has a double tennis court, adult and children tennis rackets and balls are provided with our rental. 🏊‍♀️The beach club does offer food 🌭🥗 and drink 🍹🧋and have wait staff that take and deliver poolside orders which is a great amenity especially for those with little ones! It’s also great for those long, lazy beach days where you can just walk over to the club from the beach and grab a snack or something refreshing to drink, made to order, and walk right back to your chair. 📺Every bedroom has a TV. An Amazon firestick is provided with every TV along with Netflix, YouTube TV, Discovery plus, Amazon Prime, HBO Max and Disney plus. 🖥 Entire home has upgraded Wifi 🚿In the covered carport area you will find an outdoor shower 🥩We do have a propane grill (propane provided), stools, Adirondack chairs and string lights for some hang out time while you grill :) 🌊The heart of the home, on the top/3rd floor, has an open floor plan kitchen, dining area (seats 6), kitchen island/bar (seats 4) and family room. The top level has a back deck off the kitchen, with a picnic table and 4 high top chairs and high top table, that faces beach road and this is where you will get your Ocean view. There is a washer and dryer on this level as well as a half bathroom. ☕️The kitchen includes everything you would need to prepare, eat and store food - including spices. We provide both a Keurig coffee maker and/or drip coffee maker for your morning coffee on the back deck. We also provide a Ninja Blender. 🌙All bedrooms have both blackout shades and blackout curtains ensuring you can sleep in as long as you’d like! 🐚This has been our second home for years and our peace of mind, our getaway. We are excited about sharing this experience with you and being 5-star hosts to help you and your loved ones experience a completely relaxed getaway and will be happy to help you with all we know about Nags Head and the beautiful Outer Banks. We find a lot of joy in being hosts and are always happy to help and in return simply ask that you please take care of our home and leave it in the condition you found it. *ITEMS THAT ARE INCLUDED WITH RENTAL* *The Village Beach Club Oceanfront Pool (open May to September) is included with your stay. They do have bathrooms and showers. *2022 Village Beach Club Oceanfront pool dates will be updated soon*, for reference these were the 2021 dates: VBC is open on weekends beginning May 1 and daily beginning May 15th. 2021 pool dates: Open on May 1-2, 8-9 (weekends only), May 15 - September 19 (open daily), and then back to weekends only from September 19 - October 3. Pool hours are 10am-6pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day. 10am-5pm in Shoulder Season. Hours are subject to change due to weather and private events.* *Bed sheets are provided individually shrink wrapped and professionally laundered by a linen company (see below)* *Bath Towel sets are provided per person listed as staying (each bath towel set includes two (2) large bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths per person)* *Beach towels are provided per person listed as staying from May 28th - September 8th, 2022. One (1) beach towel per person is provided. Guests renting outside of those dates can have beach towels added - upon request - for a minimal additional fee* *Beach chairs, Neso brand shade tent, boogie boards, kids beach toys, wagon and tennis rackets (adult and child) and tennis balls for use at beach club tennis courts.* *A pack n play is also available. There are games and puzzles as well.* *Hand soap is provided in the kitchen and all bathroom sinks. Dishwasher detergent, dish soap and trash bags are provided for your entire stay* *A few toilet paper rolls and a paper towel roll are provided to get you started on your vacation. You will need to bring or buy more of these items for your stay* *Upon booking you will be emailed detailed information regarding included amenities, those listed here are the most frequently asked about.* *PLEASE BE AWARE* *Must be 25 or older to book* *NO PETS ALLOWED. This home is intentionally kept pet free for those who need to stay in an allergy friendly home.* *The home has two flights of stairs from the entrance on the first floor to the kitchen on the third floor, you WILL get your steps in for the day and be beach bod ready :) We do not have an elevator* *Limited parking at the house - can accommodate 3-4 cars. The driveway can accommodate two cars comfortably, but three can fit if one car is parked under the carport area. There is also space for one car to park along the street in front of the house.* *Bed linens are provided; however, you do have to make all beds as well as strip them upon checkout and place them back in the bin they were delivered in. You DO NOT have to wash them, simply strip and place in bin as they are. The linen company takes it from there.* *Upon booking, a signed and returned DocuSign short term rental agreement as well as a copy of your drivers license will be required prior to check in. We reserve the right to cancel instant bookings if you don’t agree with the terms of the rental agreement or refuse to send copy of ID.
