The property is available for event rental for guests no more than 150. Event fee schedule for guests invited to the property during booked accommodation as follow: $500 for guests no more than 50; $1000 for 50 to 100 guests; $1500 for 100 to 150 guests. Outdoor dining and party can be held by setting up tent at the tennis court. Light refreshment party can be held indoor. Indoor formal dining is limited for no more than 40 peoples. Self-catering is allowed for serving no more than 25 peoples. $300 for using 4 bathrooms in the basement for event. Effective 2021, tents/tables/chairs will be provided on-site at affordable price.
