Parking-Please park your vehicle in front of the of the red barn door, go in and go up the red stairs. House Access- You are welcome to enjoy full use of:  The apartment’s full-service kitchen-ask if you need anything else!  Wi-Fi  DISH Television  Thermostat for the apartment is located by the front door and controls both heat and air conditioning.  Pool & Spa (April-October) Solar heated. Spa is an extra $25.00 per night to heat, payable upon arrival.Towels are in your room. Remy the Resident Dog-Remy, our chocolate lab, is a friendly guy with big inviting eyes that you’ll want to reward. Please limit this to ample petting but no gifts of food treats. Pet Policy-While we have a resident companion, Remy, we do not accept additional pets in the apartment due to family allergies. We appreciate your cooperation. If we find that pets are brought into the house, we will deduct from the security deposit for additional cleaning. There is an available dog house and dog run outside the apartment. Check Out time & Instructions Check-Out time is 11am.
