Smack dab between Pleasant Mountain and Moose Pond, and just steps from the water at our community beach, you'll find this perfectly placed condo waiting for you. The hidden gem of Bridgton gives you the tranquility of being in the middle of nowhere with all your creature comforts within 20 minutes. Bridgton's downtown is filled with quaint shops, restaurants, and a classic drive-in movie theater to add some nostalgic fun to your vacation. A Hannaford Supermarket is also available downtown for all of your grocery needs. North Conway, NH is a quick 25 minute drive. Keep driving and you'll stumble upon the scenic White Mountains. Four season recreation awaits, including fishing, golf, boat rentals, kayaking, hiking, apple picking, hayrides, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding, ice skating, snowmobiling, and more. When the weather permits, you'll find two kayaks waiting for you to enjoy. You'll find the best of everything at Moose Peak.   Enjoy the comforts of this thoughtfully designed, Scandinavian inspired, three bed/three full bath tri-level condo. Curl up with your favorite book in front of the gas fireplaces or stream your favorite tv shows and movies on our RokuTV. The main floor boasts a cozy king bedroom and full bath. You'll also find a living room with a cathedral ceiling and plenty of space for the whole family, a dining table big enough for a holiday feast, and a walk out porch with water views.   Upstairs, you'll find a kids' private oasis loft and full bath with skylights. There isn't a door to this space, though the bedroom and bathroom make up the entire third floor. There is a full-sized bunk bed with a staircase to a twin bed up above, as well as a pull out twin trundle bed.  You'll also discover plenty of board games and puzzles to keep even the restless occupied for several days.   The lower level features an additional king bedroom (with a crib), simple home gym, washer/dryer, and full bathroom. This is a NEW listing for 2020 with newly updated kitchen, washer/dryer, new mattresses, bedding, furniture, and other recent updates. Enjoy the ease of a coded lockbox upon arrival. Frequently Asked Questions:  -What type of coffee maker do you have?  We have a traditional ground coffee maker with a reusable filter. You do not need to purchase coffee filters during your stay. We do not have a grinder or ability to use k-cups. -Do you have spices available?  Yes, we have a variety of spices, as well as salt and pepper. We also have olive oil available. -What type of heat/ac do you have in the house?  We have two gas fireplaces. One on the main floor and one on the lowest level in the gym area. We also have two portable AC units on the mainfloor and lower level. We also have ceiling fans throughout the home.  -Is it safe to drink the water?  Yes, however, we also have a Brita filter in the refridgerator. We have trays available in the freezer for ice. -Are towels and linens provided?  Yes, we have 1000 thread count cotton sheets, as well as flannel sheets available in winter upon request. We have back up sets of sheets, too. We also have bath towels, beach towels, handtowels, washcloths, and make up towels available for your convenience. -Do I need to bring my own shampoo/conditioner?  In each of our three bathrooms, we have shampoo, conditioner and body wash available. We do not believe self-catering homes create a welcoming environment, therefore, we provide you with everything you need for a comfortable stay including dish soap, sponges, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Should you wish to bring your own bar of soap or preferred brands, you're welcome to do so. We proudly provide products throughout our home that are organic, cruelty-free and plant-based. -What is there to do for kids?  We have a wide variety of board games and puzzles. We also have a small selection of toys and a large selection of books for every age! We also have sand toys, water floats, badminton and tennis sets weather permitting. Should you wish to book the tennis court, let us know in advance and we'll be happy to help you do so. Beyond the home, don't forget we're at nature's door step and there's plenty to do outdoors year round. We're across the street from the ski lift, after all! -Is the house baby-proofed?  We have outlet covers and baby gates on most of our stairs. We do not have fencing around our gas fireplaces or on our deck. -Do you have life jackets for the kayaks?  We have two (2) adult life jackets.
