The Manor house has a front entry, full kitchen, living room, dining room, TV room and 1/2 bath on the first floor; while the upper floor contains 5 bedrooms, 3 have bathrooms attached. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. This one-of-a-kind property is in an excellent location, close to the Susquehanna River, making boating, fishing and kayaking easy--especially with a pavilion, playground and boat ramp within a 1/4 mile from the property. There is also a bike trail along the river. The Guesthouse does not have access to the pool or hot tub areas. Laundry facilities (housed in the garage) are shared between the two properties. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. No parties (defined as any gathering of people that exceeds the number of registered guests). Written permission is needs from the owners for any additional visitors.
