Cabin is on wide open land with an amazing Front porch view while enjoying your morning coffee. Fire pit for roasting marshmallows and star gazing. Cabin is fully remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Sleeps up to 6 people. 3 bedrooms, full bath with shower and tub, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room is wide open with lots of space. There is A/C & furnace . Outside-rear large patio for grilling , picnic table, lawn chairs, charcoal grill. Well water, May have well water odor at times Guests have access to whole house Guests have full access I prefer to give space to guests but will be available if needed Choose restaurants in nearby downtown Tidioute, Pleasantville and Titusville. Many local activities, go canoeing, rafting down the Beautiful Allegheny River. National forest very close come rent this place for your family and friends during hunting season, Area is great for hiking, biking and enjoying the bear, deer, turkey’s, bobcats, small wildlife, birds, trout and bass fishing at its finest. Downtown Tidioute is less than 10 minutes, it offers bars, restaurants, antique shops and also King Lumber and hardware, The Allegheny river and Tidioute boat launch for swimming and boating, tubing, kayaking and canoeing on the Allegheny River Hunting can be arranged in season. In nearby Tidioute national forest, Tidioute look out see Eagles nest along the Allegheny River and soar over the Wilds. You will be close to Cooks Forest State Park with its virgin timber, Famous Pit Hole, Tionesta Dam , Drakes Well in Titusville - the Birth Place of the Oil Industry, Cornplanter and Oil Creek State Parks, Kinzua Dam & Recreation Area and several huge State Game Lands. We are also adjacent to the Great Lakes Region. Within a 1 ½ hour trip you can be to Lake Erie, Presque Isle, Waldameer Amusement Park, Presque Isle Downs Casino and Racetrack, Wine Country Tours, ski resorts, and more. Don’t forget to bring your all bedding and towels. House is located in the Allegheny Mountains, you may see wildlife outside, near house, etc. we do have an exterminator come monthly to try to prevent and mice or other wildlife from entering home. Please keep pets on leashes at all times while outside. Must be friendly and house trained. No refunds are provided for weather, travel interruptions, injury or illness.
