Bywater 1880's Victorian Home

The Bywater Victorian style home was built in Circa 1880's. My husband and I have been remodeling the home over the last year and will continue to do so in years to come. We hope you enjoy the historic charm and modern amenities as much as we do. The home is within walking distance to the Nauvoo Temple as well as other great amenities. Sleeps up to 12 comfortably with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 roll out cots on the main floor. Kitchen includes kitchenette for 4 with additional chairs if needed. The living room has 2 couches, 1 wingback chairs, and a TV where you can enjoy Netflix or log into of your streaming services. Dining room includes seating for 6 including a wingback couch, great for larger gathering, socializing or playing games. There are 3 patios to enjoy the outdoors as well as a charcoal grill. A white picket fence surrounds the home and is great for keeping kids and dogs enclosed. We also have an outdoor fire pit where you may burn your own firewood. There’s a small lot to the south of the house which may be used for outdoor gatherings as well. A fire truck is on the property which is used in parades around town, feel free to take pictures and explore. Driveway is located off of Fulmer, parking only in the Driveway. House access through back porch via Smart Next Lock. Home has great Wifi, 1 Gig, great for Internet connectivity and Streaming TV(Netflix) or your favorite Streaming Service in the Family Room(Smart TV) or Dining Room(RoKu). 3 Home Mini’s - 2 on the main floor and 1 in the master bedroom can be used for music, games, or white noise for sleeping 1 Queen Size Bed 2 Double Beds 2 Twin Size Daybeds & 2 Trundle Beds 2 Roll away cots 2 couches Range, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave Washer & Dryer for Guest Use Dishware, Utensils, Towels & Linens Provided One Full Bath on Main floor with Tub/Shower Combination One Full Bath Upstairs with Shower Only Two Half Baths Upstairs Central Heat and Air Conditioning Available via text or call if needed Close to Dollar General, Casey’s, Mulholland, Red Front, Nauvoo Temple, The historical flats Please let us know if you will be traveling with a dog, we do have a medium sized kennel for use if needed.
