The space Set within the beautiful Rivergrass community with breathtaking views of Monterra Golf Course and Blue Mountain this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom loft townhouse is just a short walk into the Blue Mountain village. The views are fantastic the amenities even better! This townhouse sleeps 8 and comes with all required linens, towels, and toiletries. The unit is equipped with a washer dryer, fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar, separate dining area, open living room with fire place. Enjoy the use of provided board games, porch with gas BBQ, and private pool. The Rivergrass community is minutes away from all that Blue Mountain has to offer, including: Skiing, Hiking trails, shopping, and a quiet beach! There is also a 24hr shuttle bus that takes guests too and from the Blue Mountain village. More information The space Living Room: The living room is great for entertaining family's and large groups. It's open concept layout gives for a cozy and spacious environment. The large sitting area can easily sit 8 or more people. It can also be a great place to relax and unwind. The living room is equipped with a natural gas Fireplace, Smart TV's with access to Netflix for guest to long into their account, cable, internet (wi-fi) and a number of board games. These amenities allow for a large group to be entertained after a long day skiing or on rainy days. Dining Room: The dining room has a large 8 seat designer table. The area is spacious enough to move in and out of the table and properly entertain. The Dining room is directly across from the kitchen which helps allot with prepping meals, serving food, and cleanup. Kitchen: The updated kitchen is equipped with an electric stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and tea kettle. All the appliances are well maintained and in good working condition. The kitchen also houses all the basic cooking/ eating ware that would be required during your stay, Including: utensils, pots, pans, mixing bowls, wine glasses, cups, mugs, cutting boards, Salt and Pepper shaker, and kitchen essentials. An inventory list can be sent in advance of your stay. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar area that seats 4, which is great for eating light meals or having a drink. Bedroom 1: This spacious bedroom contains 2 sets of bunkbeds. 2 double beds at the bottom and 2 single beds at the top bunk. This room can sleep 6, top bunks are suitable for children. Complete will pillows, duvet covers, and linens. The bedroom contains a dresser and smart flat screen tv. Bedroom 2: This spacious bedroom with beautiful views contains 1 Queen bed, bedside dressers, large dresser, and a smart flat screen tv. This bedroom can sleep 2 comfortably. Also comes complete will pillows, duvet covers, and linens. Master Bedroom: The master bedroom, with it's breathtaking views is also large and very private. It contains a full size King Bed, a walk-in closet and 2 bedside tables. The bedroom also has its own smart flat screen TV. Also comes complete will pillows, duvet covers, and linens. Master Bathroom: The updated 3-piece master bathroom contains a toilet, single sink vanity, and a full height shower with glass enclosure. The shower is equipped with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The bathroom contains: toilet paper, a full set of body and hand towels, as well as bath mats. First Floor Bathroom: The 4-piece bathroom contains a, single sink vanity and bath tub w/ shower. The shower is equipped with soap, shampoo, conditioner, a full set of body and hand towels, as well as bath mats. Extra toilet paper and is also provided. Laundry: The laundry closet is located in the front hallway. It is located perfectly as it does not take up any of the crucial entertaining space on the ground floor. Detergent pucks are left for your use every stay. Rear Patio: The rear patio is accessed through the living room. It boasts peaceful views, a propane barbeque, and small table and chairs. Rivergrass community: By staying in the Rivergrass Resort our guests will have access to a number of amenities, including: the private outdoor swimming pool, complimentary shuttle service to Blue Mountain village and much more. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire house, shuttle service, outdoor bbq, community pool, kitchen ware, linens, towels, and toiletries.
