Lake Area Apartment

Lake area apartment close to Lake Fort Gibson, located minutes from the Dam, Sequoyah Bay State Park, Grand River, and miles of beautiful shoreline. Located only 10 minutes to both Muskogee & Wagoner. This is a studio apartment, basically one large room with a closet and separate bathroom with a tub/shower. It has queen size bed and a sofa bed and can sleep four. It is a nice, cozy apartment that you will enjoy staying in. It has a full kitchen equipped with all the things you need. Cold air and a great heater. It also has a dehumidifier to be used as needed. Pets are allowed and all we ask is when you are gone, please put them in some kind of cage/kennel to protect them and the apartment. Our apartment is located in a safe neighborhood close to Lake Fort Gibson. My wife and I are on the property frequently and always a available by phone. All the streets are paved. Guests have access to a gas grill and a patio. Guests have access to a washer and dryer. The studio sits on 3 acres of mowed grass and trees. Guests are allowed full access for walks and such. There is plenty of room for parking your boat and electricity is provided as well.
