This stunning luxury home includes 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms over two levels. Main level has a great room, cook's kitchen, master bedroom with en suite and a 2nd bedroom with a bathroom. You will find fireplaces in the great room, all bedrooms, and in the lower level. Lower level includes a bar/kitchenette, a living/game area, GOLF SIMULATOR room (clubs provided), and a 3rd bedroom with bathroom. This bluff side lot is walkable, and the outdoor space is stunning, regardless of the season! Guests have access to the garage which includes a Tesla charger if needed!  Please note that there is no direct water access on the property. The home is located on a bluff overlooking the bay.  No Boat or Trailer parking is allowed on the property. No Exceptions. There is a public park and boat landing at George K Pinney County Park just a 5 minute drive away.   **This is a quiet community with residential neighbors. This home is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions or other rowdy gatherings** Home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. Removing the decibel monitor will result in a full security deposit loss. About the Space: 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms AC, heat, and multiple fireplaces **No Pets allowed at this property. No exceptions** Great Wi-Fi signal so you can work remotely and do Zoom meetings!  Cell phone signal isn't as strong but Wi-Fi calling works well! Boat launch and lots of parking Bayshore Blufflands State Natural Area is a beautiful nature preserve thats just a 5 minute drive away. Great hiking paths.  Beaches - Sunset Beach (12 min drive), Sevastopal (15 min drive), Egg Harbor beach (20 min drive)  Walmart, Pick n Save, and Grandma Tommys Country Store are all just 10 mintues away Door County is full of many amazing things to see and do! "Door County Vacationers" is also a great Facebook group to join to get recommendations on everything from favorite restaurants to favorite tours, places to rent boats, and things to do.   Provided: Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.  We do provide a starter pack of essentials which includes the following: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and 2-3 garbage bags.  We also supply one travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash per full bathroom.  Due to health and safety guidelines, all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.   Important: Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG.
