2 bed, 1.5 Bath Furnished Town Home - Short + Long Term Stays The apartment houses 5 people total! The larger bedroom has a full sized bed (sleeps 2), and the second bedroom has two twin beds (sleeps 2). The couch is also added to sleep one more person if needed! Both of the bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bathroom is upstairs as well, however there is a half bath on the main level. Our space is also pet friendly, however, we do charge a $350 pet fee PER pet (non-refundable)! Although our unit does have A/C it is not central A/C. The wall unit is located in the living area of the apartment and not in any of the bedrooms. If you're staying in the summer months, leaving your A/C on and bedroom doors open will help with cooling the entire apartment. Please watch for check in instructions! They are sent 2 days before check in! They will include all the instructions you need for a smooth self-check in as well as some general rules while you stay with us! Guests will need to climb stairs to the second floor to access the bedrooms. Important: Guests to make NO changes or additions to the property. This includes the interior and exterior of the building and unit itself. If we find these things to have occurred guests WILL incur additional charges dependent on what we have found to have happened.
