Lake House

This house is on a lake. It has a gorgeous outdoor grill, fridge and ice maker along side a 15x30 saltwater and heated pool( opens in the middle of May and closes for the season as of October ). The hot tub is open! It has a beautiful kitchen with new appliances, dining area and living room on the first floor. This home is not child proofed, so children must be strongly supervised. No dogs allowed unless given permission!! This is NO smoking at all in the house or on the property! Dogs are allowed just notify owner prior to booking! We are available to help you with what you might need! You are in a secluded area! There is a farm near by! It’s called Kelder’s farm in Kershonkin, NY. World resorts casino and virtual game room and Mexican restaurant! Kartrite Indoor water park !Holiday mountain is near by about 10 min drive and there is skiing and tubing available. There also is Blue hole lagoon about 20 mins which is a gorgeous water falls and blue water!! Food shopping is near by about 10 mins in liberty, ny and there is a Walmart in Monticello WAIVER You understand that using the jacuzzi, pool, hiking and sledding is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with using the jacuzzi, pool, hiking and sledding. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from using the jacuzzi, pool, hiking and sledding and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that using the jacuzzi, pool, hiking and sledding may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the jacuzzi, pool, hiking and sledding if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the jacuzzi, pool, hikes and sleds while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from using the jacuzzi, pool, hiking and sledding. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
