Historic Route 66 Bungalow - 2 Bedroom

Remodeled 2 bedroom 1925 Bungalow located feet from the original Route 66. We are on the I-44 Antique Trail located in the heart of the Missouri Ozarks. Close to antiquing, kayaking/floating, biking trails, Missouri University of Science and Technology, Phelps Health, and 20 minutes from Fort Leonard Wood's front gate. The bungalow is decorated to share the history of Route 66 and the region. I've worked hard to make it clean, comfortable and visually appealing with many one of a kind items. We have Wi-Fi, Netflix and an Amazon Firestick. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic baking and cooking items, plates, cups, utensils, a Keurig Coffee Maker, a regular coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave and dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron for your use. We have big closets. We supply towels and bedding for up to six people. There are two Queen beds. After four guests we charge an extra $10 a night per guest and offer fold out mattresses and bedding. Both bedrooms have room darkening curtains. A gas grill on site for your use. I also have a game of corn hole and outdoor Yahtzee available for outdoor play. They are located in the laundry room. We also have four outdoor chairs for your use on site. Two off street parking places are also provided. More parking is available behind the house if needed. The whole house is yours to use. The only space off limits is the closet in the kitchen which contains supplies. You can use the washer and dryer in the back room and the propane grill on the back porch. On call to help with your needs during your stay. Close to Piney River Antique Mall. Eight minutes from Rolla, MO, MS&T, Phelps Health Hospital and many local and national chain restaurants and shopping. 20 minute drive to Fort Leonard Wood. 20 minutes from Fugitive Beach.
