This is a newly renovated home within walking distance to downtown and a couple blocks off the highway to calamus lake. It is a quiet neighborhood, huge backyard hang out including a grill. Inside entertainment includes a foosball/game room and pool table for you to enjoy, and all TVs have streaming devices! Bedroom 1 (upstairs): triple twin bunk beds & futon Bedroom 2 (upstairs): futon Bedroom 3 (upstairs): queen bed Couch (living room upstairs): full size pull out Couch (living room downstairs): queen size pull out Couch (living room downstairs): twin size pull out Bedroom 4 (downstairs): queen size bed Also includes 2 blow up queen mattresses Guest have access to the whole house except the garage and downstairs storage room. If you have additional questions on our home, please feel free to send me a message. ☺️ Our house has a ring doorbell at the front door. This enables me to make sure your booking is for the correct number of guests. If you have more guest staying than listed, this will be adjusted when you check in. This ensures we get compensated for the extra cleaning and laundry that comes with extra guests. The backyard has a ring camera as well. This is for security purposes. Feel free to unplug this during your stay, however, We ask that you please plug it back in before you leave. NO PETS ALLOWED!!! You will be charged an additional $200 for bringing any pets inside the home! We have pillows and blankets for the house, however, if you like a certain pillow type (ex: firm or soft pillows) you may want to bring your own!
