PARKING: One garage space plus two carport spaces - accessed from the rear alley; free parking throughout the neighborhood, when available LAUNDRY: Free facilities located in the home. Guests must provide their own supplies. ATTENTION: Because both units are not connected internally, parental supervision of children and any guests under 25 is mandatory at all times in both downstairs and upstairs units - especially overnight. Neither unit is permitted to operate as a "kids' room. It is a home and must have overnight parental supervision. RECREATIONAL GEAR: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, and much more!
