OUTDOOR LIVING FOR BOTH UNITS: - Ground Level: Outdoor table & seating for 4; propane gas bbq grill - 2nd Level: Front balcony w/seating ROOF-TOP DECK: Propane Fire Pit w/ ample seating; Gas BBQ ALSO INCLUDED IN EACH UNIT: - Wifi - 4 low-profile beach chairs - ceiling fans and floor fans throughout; heating - hair dryer; iron/ironing board - access door from garage into downstairs level; rear access door out to rooftop deck stairway from upstairs level hallway - starter supplies of liquid hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher caps, sponge, kitchen trash bags, 2-4 rolls toilet paper, 1 paper towel roll (guests must supply additional amounts, along with their own personal toiletries/shampoo/conditioner) This unit comes with wall mounted A/C units throughout the home. PARKING: One garage space plus two carport spaces - accessed from the rear alley; free parking throughout the neighborhood, when available LAUNDRY: Free facilities located in the home. Guests must provide their own supplies. ATTENTION: Because both units are not connected internally, parental supervision of children and any guests under 25 is mandatory at all times in both downstairs and upstairs units - especially overnight. Neither unit is permitted to operate as a "kids' room. It is a home and must have overnight parental supervision. RECREATIONAL GEAR: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, and much more! Contact us for more information. NOTE: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
