This brick luxury lake home is loaded with amenities and accommodates 9 guests. There are plenty of lounging and dining spaces to gather your group together. Spread out in 3 private bedrooms including a master suite with a queen bed on the lower level and a spacious guest room with a king bed and coffee bar as well as a bunk room that sleeps 5 on the second floor. The house is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, linens, boardgames, toiletries and everything you could need to enjoy your stay. There is a fenced yard and 2 private parking spots behind the house and 2 porches with seating and a dining table, overlooking Firefly Park. Step off the porch onto Firefly Park. Some weekends you'll find it quiet and serene and other weekends it will be filled with happy families playing games or enjoying festivals. On special occasions this park is the place to take a hot air balloon ride! Take the sidewalk to the community garden where you'll see flowers and vegetation planted by Carlton Landing Residents. There's also a pond, a chicken coop, a community grill and picnic table. Right across the street you'll find The Meeting House which serves a variety of hot and cold beverages and light snacks, plus offers televisions, board games, a souvenir shop and an outdoor fireplace and patio seating. Also within walking distance of this house, you'll find playgrounds, ping-pong tables, volleyball, basketball and bocce ball as well as 2 community pools and a hot tub. There are also walking trails with views of Lake Eufaula, pop-up shops, a private swim beach, and a marina. The town has a non-denominational church that meets at 10:00 on Sunday Mornings (Come as you are! Lake attire is the usual dress.)
