Room in a shared living house for male professionals, semi-professionals, students, interns or persons visiting family or the area. The house is indirectly connected to a small non-profit in the area. Clean, and generally quiet it offers a great place to hang your hat if you have a purpose in the area. Although 5 bedrooms, we limit guests to 2-4 at a any given time. Close to the Cherry Hill Mall and offers easy access to Phila. Need the room for a longer to stay? Inquire w/ Jamie. The Overseer's House is a friendly, comfy shared living space. The house ranges from 2-5 people living in it. People from all walks of life stay at the house including working professionals, interns or people visiting the area or family for a period of time. Suitable, safe, friendly, and comfortable space for the people needing solid and affordable lodging. There is currently a 2 people with longer working arangements in the area living in the house. One is a COO of a Metals company who travels back home every 2 weeks. The other is a semi-professional IT person helping out at the non-profit indirectly connected with the house. The house is quiet and is a great place to for people with a purpose in the area and need a clean, quiet, friendly place that offers a quality of home with very little distractions. For example, guests may eat or socialize together at times but most of the time people are busy doing they're own thing in the area. :) Access to all the common spaces - living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, back patio. One of us is often here and available throughout your stay. Mixed income and safe. Easy access to Philadelphia by 404 bus or car. We are require to be open to general best practices in preventing spread when being a guest at the house. Ie. General social distancing and wiping down high touched areas when finished using.
