Modern Cape Cod in the heart of Chagrin Falls. Only a short three block walk from everything Chagrin Falls has to offer. Many excellent restaurant choices and boutique shopping for everyone. Be sure to stop by the scenic falls in the center of town and take in a night at the Chagrin Falls Little Theater. Just a 30 minute drive to downtown Cleveland you can also take in major sports events and theatrical productions. This modern Cape Cod style home has four bedrooms and two and a half baths. The kitchen and common spaces have been recently renovated and offer a modern style that is comfortable and welcoming. Cozy up to the fireplace or relax in the three season room. The finished basement has a large sectional couch with additional space for sleeping, family fun and games. If you need a quiet space to accomplish work, a single bedroom on the first floor also boasts a desk with extra monitor and printer/scanner for guest use. You will have access to the entire house minus the garage and the utility area in the basement. The house has a large driveway with room for 4 to 5 vehicles and free parking on a quiet residential street, if extra space is needed. I am available by airbnb message and phone throughout your stay. Quiet residential neighborhood short distance from grocery shopping, gas stations and ATMs. You can use your Netflix or other entertainment accounts on our Smart TVs. There is no cable access on the TV. If coffee is as important to you as it is to us then you'll be happy to know we offer two coffee solutions, a Keurig and a standard coffee maker. We stock ground coffee (Folgers) and a variety of teas. We have reusable filters for both the Keurig and the standard coffee pot. Please bring your own disposable K cups if you have a preference. While we have a service plow the driveway during the winter we leave a shovel and salt for you to maintain the front porch during your stay.
