Summary: All Frontdesk stays are contactless self-check-in and include Scout, our exclusive digital companion to guide you through everything you'll need before and during your time with us. We're also available 24/7 via text or phone and have a local team should you need anything. Guests are required to follow all regional and building-specific COVID-19 policies. We continue to employ a professional cleaning staff adhering to OSHA and CDC guidelines to make sure your stay is clean and comfortable. The Space: Our 1-bedroom apartment is furnished with a queen bed and everything you need for a comfortable stay! The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. There's a smart TV with Roku and Netflix (there is no cable) & free WiFi! An air mattress is available to rent for the duration of the stay for $100, please reach out to request 24 hours before check-in. Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the suite, a people counter which counts the number of people nearby, in addition to numerous neighbors who are understandably more sensitive during this time. The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside the suite at any given time. We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense. Guest Access: You can access the building anytime after 3pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. The Neighborhood: You’re perfectly located for city exploration! Located downtown Milwaukee, you’re surrounded by dining, bars, parks, and much more. No matter what direction you go, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Downtown is home to Milwaukee’s most popular attractions, including the Milwaukee Art Museum and Discovery World, both located on the beautiful lakefront. You’re also less than a mile from the newly developed Fiserv Forum, home to the Milwaukee Bucks and a wide variety of events, from concerts to seasonal markets. From Bradford beach to popular museums, there is endless entertainment for all! Getting Around: Milwaukee, especially downtown, is a highly walkable area. The compact city includes the River Walk that goes through downtown and into the popular Historic Third Ward. The Hop, Milwaukee’s newer streetcar, conveniently connects popular hotspots within the downtown area. If traveling actively is more your style, Milwaukee’s bike share program, Bublr, has many bike stations throughout the city, letting you travel throughout the downtown streets to the lakefront. Buses run through downtown and the rest of Milwaukee county and hosts special shuttles for popular events during the summertime. Due to the popularity of the city, Uber and Lyft are easily accessible. Other Things to Note: Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. We have a strict 11am checkout.
