From the sound-front living room featuring a 65-inch flatscreen TV, you'll have easy access to the large, furnished deck that overlooks the water, where you will enjoy lovely, colorful sunsets year-round. The bedrooms are furnished to give you a variety of sleeping arrangements, making them perfect for a family or for couples. Step down to the lower deck where a six-person hot tub will be the ideal place to relax with a glass of wine after a day on the water. From this deck, a stairway descends down to the water's edge for easy launching of kayaks, windsurfers, or kiteboards. Don't miss this gem! Parking notes: Please park in the driveway, total maximum vehicles: 3 - Parking on the lawn is not allowed as this may cause damage to the home's septic system. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
