Only a five minute walk will take you the Central Park Plaza where there is an Ice Rink in winter and outdoor concerts, international market, or outdoors movies in the summer. THE HOUSE: You will have the entire main floor of the house. This property is centrally located between VU and downtown. PARKING You can park on the street in front of the house. There is also private parking behind the house for Guests and Tenants. KITCHEN: Free coffee available!! Cups and plates available. Please clean them and place them in dishwasher before leaving. LAUNDRY: There is a full-size washer and dryer in the apartment. You will have access to the entire first floor of the building We like to give you all the privacy you desire. With our electronic door lock you will be able to self-check in and check-out. But we live ten minutes away from the property and can be available if there is any issue with the property. There are many options when it comes to dining and shopping. In the summer you can choose if you want to enjoy some ice cream, watch an outdoor movie while sitting on the lawn at central park, attend the farmers market on the weekend, enjoy wine from a local winery, or head to the local brewery if you prefer. You will find all these within walking distance. There are many options if you want to go on a long walk, run, or bike. Valparaiso University is only a couple blocks away as well.
