This totally updated cottage was built in 1937. Each bedroom has their own bathroom and each has TV as well. This cottage is perfect for 2 couples or a small family. Once you see the backyard, which is completely fenced in for your furry friend, you will understand the name. There is as much outdoor space as indoor space to enjoy while you are staying in Asheville. Conveniently located off Smokey Park Hwy and 15 minutes from downtown, Biltmore House, outlet mall, the Blue Ridge Parkway and more. You can walk to the Dollar Market for groceries, or drive 1/4 mile to the larger Food Lion or Ingles. Furry friends also stay for free, no pets fees.
