You will find all the bedrooms on the mid-level. The master bedroom boasts a private bathroom, wood burning fireplace, seating and views will make the master bathroom most enjoyable. Upstairs the views are incredible. There is a main living room with 65" TV and full size wet bar. The kitchen has everything you need plus a 4 person breakfast nook and private dining room can seat 10 people with views views views! This house is located in Douglas County, which is now enforcing a new vacation home rental ordinance. Specifically, no more than a total of 8 occupants are allowed in this rental. Parking is only allowed in the 6 designated parking spaces. A parking permit for each vehicle will be issued and must be displayed on the driver’s side dashboard. Failure to park in the designated spaces and/or display the permit can result in a $500 fine to the car owner. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am and are strictly enforced.
