The house is a classic Ranch House, all one level. It has finished hardwood floors and was built in the fifties. It has 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom& has a cement basement with a washer & dryer for your convenience. The large yard is fenced in & has an under roof patio with a classic picnic table & some lawn chairs & also gas grill. Dog fee of $10 per day per dog cash in envelope with welcome letter which you must read. I provide dog dishes & poo poo bags for pickup & disposal. 1 Queen bed inch of two bedrooms. 1 single bed & futon in third (Website hidden by Airbnb) if fully furnished. A side by side Fridge, Electric Stove & table seats 5. There is a spacious fenced in back yard with some folding chairs & classic picnic table under roof. Plus gas grill between kitchen and picnic table. There is a semi circular blacktop driveway. Please do not park in such a way that anyone needs to back onto the sometimes busy state route 204. There is a small attached parking garage. The Electric garage door opener is operated from inside the garage from kitchen door. I live 4 miles from all my properties & am readily available. I give my guests self check in, and do not drop in without notice unless there is an emergency. I am a text away and can be there in 15 minutes when needed. You could walk to Weis Markets if you wanted to. 1 mile to Susquehanna university & downtown Selinsgrove. 3 miles to the Susquehanna Valley Mall & the Golden Strip that has all corporate restaurants & stores. The ranch house 2nd to the end of a row of 5 ranch houses when coming from the Weis Market. Neighbors on one side have a high fence & are very private. The ranch house on the other side has been vacant for years but the owner maintains a well manicured yard & house.
