The fully stocked kitchen, Lakeview Dining Area and the formal Lakeview Livingroom is located on this level and a large open-air deck adjoins with a gas grill. One level down the middle level offers 3 more bedrooms and another Lakeview Living Space with another level of open-air Lakeview Deck with a Fire Pit. The second Lakeview Bedroom offers a King Bed, the 3rd Lakeview Bedroom offers 2 Twin Beds and the 4th Bedroom offers a King Bed with a private bath with a walk-in shower. The next level down has another Lakeview Living Area with an Activities Table another Lakeview Open-Air Deck and the 5th Lakeview Bedroom. This Bedroom is a Master Suite boasting a Queen Bed a Twin Trundle Day Bed and a Private Bath with a Walk-in Shower. RENTAL POLICIES AND RULES:TO GUARANTEE YOUR RESERVATION: Advance deposit equal to 1/2 your total reservation. Your credit card number is held through your stay as security for damages, lost/damaged linen and association fines. Full payment of rent is due 30 days prior to your arrival unless other arrangements have been made at the time of reservations. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property. You will be asked to leave with No Refund if this rule is violated. Additional charges will be incurred if damage or association fines occur. Damage Protection Insurance: As a part of your stay, you may purchase a Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. If purchased, the policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3000.00 Any damages that exceed $3000.00 or are not covered under the plan will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our rental properties, an insured person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of $3000.00.
