ID required *Fully equipped kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, crock pot, rice-cooker, coffee maker, blender, food processor, tea pots *Living-room with a gas fireplace *Basketball Half Court in Backyard *2 Car Garage Parking Available, including laundry washer, dryer *Parking for total of 5 cars MAX *Bonus/Game Room with cable TV, DVD, Shuffleboard, Foosball, board games, fast Wi-Fi and large desk for working from "home" or Distance Learning Items Included in Stay: *All linens provided. 1 towel per person. Please feel free to bring wash cloths and other items that you may need. *Plenty of warm, cozy blankets *Baby high chair, Pack-in-Play Crib, Baby Bouncer, toddler blow-up mattress available (please bring your own bedding for the baby/toddler items) *A starter pack of extras listed below are included upon arrival. If you have a large group or are staying more than 2 nights, you may need to bring more: Toilet paper, Paper towels, Dish soap, Trash bags SECURITY DEPOSIT: Guests are required to provide ID. If requested by host, guest must remit a security deposit of up to $1000. This will be refunded after stay, minus any deductions for damages, house rules not being adhered to, or extra cleaning needed HOT TUB NOTE: To use the hot tub, there is a $75 fee. Let us know if you would like to add this and we will send you a payment request. If you have no plans to use the hot tub, no fee is required. If hot tub is not left in satisfactory condition and requires a drain & clean, there will be a $100 fee assessed. Thank you. Your credit card/security deposit will be charged for the following: Damaged/missing linens and towels. For any damages found, you will be charged for all repair costs. Extra cleaning needed above normal cleaning. Unauthorized animals $250 each This home may have security cameras on the outside of the house. Do not touch or cover up any cameras at the property. You will be charged a reset/repair fee. $50 per hour will be assessed for not departing at check-out time. If you are evicted for violations, you forfeit all money paid. No refund for an early departure or a no show. No refund will be made due to power outages or malfunctions with TVs, internet service, hot tub, heater, water heater, or other equipment and appliances, or for carpet stains, or for the sighting of insects or other animals.
