You can bike, hike, cross country ski, four-wheel, etc from the front door to Hartman Rocks! This home is the perfect base camp for a variety of activities! Hunters, this home is located in GMU 67. Western Colorado University is 5 miles away. Blue Mesa Reservoir is 20 mins away. Mount Crested Butte Ski Resort & Monarch Ski Resort are both about 45 mins away! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is comfortable and fully furnished. Bedrooms: Master Bedroom has a King Bed and a private bathroom with a luxurious steam shower. Bedroom 2 has a King Bed. Bedroom 3 has a Queen Bed. Bunk Room has a Queen Bed and a Twin Bunk Bed. This room also has a variety of games and a projector and 150” screen to watch Disney+ and Hulu on the big screen! (*We can accommodate 10 people if two of those are kids - inquire to receive rate for 10 people*) Common Areas: Living room, dining room and kitchen are very open. The living room has a flat-screen tv with a DVD player. Instead of dish/cable, enjoy Disney + and Hulu There is a washer and dryer in the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, dishware, flatware, slow cooker, etc. Other: WiFi, linens provided, towels provided. Parking: Plenty of space for 3-4 vehicles and trailer/rv/boat depending on the number of vehicles. This home is perfect for enjoying the outdoors as it’s equipped with a grill, deck with table and chairs, porch swing and a hot tub! The garage is available upon request which is helpful for hunters or skiers who’d like to keep their equipment and vehicles warm! *We can provide an additional discount if booking long term.
