This quiet light-filled space is your home base for the fabulous Traverse City Up North Region and all it has to offer. Located in the quaint Oldtown District close to downtown and within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, brew pubs, entertainment and the beaches. Park your car and relax, you can walk or bike everywhere. Everything is here for your comfort. A plush queen bed, crisp linens and fluffy towels. Even the hide-a-bed mattress was upgraded. A well equipped kitchen complete with coffee (Keurig) and the fixings for the morning. The full kitchen includes microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher. The condo also includes the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Strong wireless and TV are also at your disposal. 3 night minimum stay is required. No pets permitted. We also can offer guaranteed parking between the months of April thru October. There is a small parking lot behind the Capri condo buildings, which is very convenient. However, there are 48 condo units between the 3 Capri buildings that lot supports. So, between April-October, you get a parking pass to the Old Town Parking Deck right next door.
