The Carriage House

Stay on the grounds of one of the oldest historic homes in Paducah. Newly completed Carriage house in Lower Town , Fresh Open floor plan Tucked in a quiet neighborhood and English garden. A heated garage , laundry/ office/bonus room. Plenty of storage so bring some toys. Walking distance to all downtown shopping and restaurants. Walk or ride a bike on the river, enjoy coffee on the local coffee shop porch, unwind at one of 3 wine and or cocktail establishments within a 1/2 to 2 blocks away. Cozy , with a fabulous kitchen and dining table for 6. Beautiful decor Plenty of additional parking, a smoker , fire pit Two levels that must be accessed by exterior door and stairs. First level is garage parking with door that separates the laundry/ futon / office. You must go out exterior door and upstairs to access the main living space with Kitchen, queen bed area, living, bathroom. There is not a bath on the ground level when sleeping on futon. Feel free to use all the backyard between the two houses. Hammock, chairs etc. Empty lot next door for dog walking… please clean up after fur babies! Keyless touch pad entry makes check in simple, and I am always a phone call or text away to help with any questions or concerns. Lower town Paducah is a charming historic neighborhood with local artist studios weaved through out. Two coffee shops within a few minutes walk. The convention center is a block away , the quilt museum numerous bars and restaurants as well as the Ohio River . Walk the sidewalks and feel like a local . Car ,taxi ,bus ,walk or bike your choose. Bicycles available- maintenance tips greatly appreciated. If you have an approved pet it will be an additional $25 for the stay. If a pet is brought without approval there will be a $100 fee. Laundry is for stays of 5 nights or more. $100 replacement fee for lost garage door opener No children under 12 due to liability of stairs
