Close to Hospital, Mines, dining & shopping. *You pass by a cemetery on the way to the home but you can not see it from the home itself.* There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed as well as a twin sized cot in the main bedroom closet that can be moved into the Livingroom. There is 1 bathroom with 1 sink and a standard shower/tub. There are 4 steps to get the the front door and 2 steps for the back door. There are no steps once in the house.
