Here you'll find an abundance of shopping, dining, bars & entertainment. Our two-story beachhouse offers all the luxuries of home and more for your Space Coast Vacation. Appliances, Linens, Decor & Furniture, HDTVs, & a Fenced-in Back yard. Free WiFi with Roku on both TVs & Beach Accessories for your leisure. Das Strandhaus is located a half mile from the beach a short 9 minute walk or 2 minute drive. This two-story, 1240 Sq ft, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse sleeps 8 comfortably and has everything to make you feel at home. You'll be able to enjoy rocket launches from the comfort of the backyard without having to be around large crowds. The kitchen has all the appliances you should need as if it was your own home. We've included beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, cooler, and beach toys for the kids. Also a variety of board games, cards, and puzzles. Queen Bed mattress is memory foam. All other beds are standard. Living room has a dark grey sleeper (queen memory foam mattress) sofa that has plump cushioning and a chenille-feel upholstery. No OTA antenna, Cable TV, or Satellite TV. Roku's are set in Guest Mode, guests can confidently sign in to their subscription channels knowing their sign-in details will be automatically removed on the date they specify, or earlier if they choose. Guests are expected to follow all rules and policies at all times. When confirming your booking, you understand and agree to accept ALL legal and financial responsibility for broken rules, damages, & theft. MAX CAPACITY= 8 Registration - At booking, provide the full name (as listed on Government issued ID) for every person that will access the property during your reservation. This is a requirement by the City of Cape Canaveral. No unaccounted for visitors or guests. Quiet Household Hours- 10:00 pm-7:00 am Guests are expected to be respectful and courteous of the peace and serenity of neighbors and our surrounding community at all times. Any persons visiting the guests during their stay must leave and not stay at anytime during the quiet hours. Parking - 2 Parking spaces are available. NO STREET PARKING. No Smoking - Smoking is not permitted in the home. If detected in the home, an odor remediation fee will be implemented. Odor remediation fees start at $500. Smoke outside permitted (Don't leave cigarette butts!) No Animals - This hypoallergenic pet-free property is not suited for animals or pets. NO EVENTS or PARTIES. Do not sit on furniture while wet or with wet clothes. Do not have the windows open while the AC is on. Damages or Lost items - If you break or lose anything from our property it will incur a fee for replacement. If you use the grill, you must clean the grill. Communication - Communication is of the upmost importance. Safety & Security - This property features a 24/7 outdoor video camera located on the second floor window pointing downward at the parking spaces and does not invade personal privacy. Any efforts to disable, tamper with, or obscure security equipment is a felony and will be subject to immediate removal with no refunds. Internet - Do not disable or tamper with the internet modem or router. There are 3 available Ethernet ports on the back of the router for directly plugging in your devices if needed. Several devices in the home rely on the internet like the fire alarm, lock, sensors, thermostat, security camera, and Roku Sticks. Check-Out - If you overstay past the check-out time a $25 per hour fee will incur. Please check-out on time so we can clean/prepare the home for the next arriving guest.
