The Casita sits on 2 acres with a seasonal pond (empty usually January-March). Drive through the secluded entrance next to the pond and into the tranquil park like setting of the property. The neighbors to the north have cattle and horses you can enjoy watching graze on the fertile land of the verde valley. Also enjoy bird watching with binoculars provided at the casita. We get regular visits from eagles and hawks in the big cottonwood trees. Casita includes all linens, dishware, cookware, 12 cup coffee maker, Keurig and basic toiletries. You will enjoy High Speed internet and Dish Network TV and you can also enjoy the smart TV by logging into your own Netflix, etc account. Of course you may enjoy the serenity outside more after visiting the wineries and drinking some of your daily wine finds. Yard amenities include Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view of the on-site pond and ranching neighbors and cattle next to us. Some personal toiletries may be provided but are not guaranteed like body soap and shampoo/conditioner. We recommend bringing your own. **Please note all cellular carriers have bad service in the area. We recommend connecting to our Wifi to make calls. Cleaning fee includes up to 2 guests. $10/guest per day above 2. No more than 4 guests allowed. Pet fee is $75 per dog and will need to be added if bringing. Max allowed is two dogs. You will have access to the whole house and half the pond on the north side of the fence. The casita has plenty of space for 2-4 guests. A car is required.
