There is only few rugs and no pets as we try to cater allergy free home. All furniture & kitchen appliances are brand new and fully equipped kitchen. For business traveler, we provide WiFi (we don't guarantee speed quality) easy check-in, our kitchen includes refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, cooking ware, glassware, cooking utensils and more. We have enclosed laundry room with washer & dryer for your convenience. For technology, we have Alexa thermostat, stove, and smart TV's with streaming apps, such as Netflix/ Hulu / Amazon prime where you can use your own account to login to enjoy your favorite movies. This will be a full private space in the basement for your use. There's a few close off space that is for storage and will not be for rental use . We have a king & queen bed and cots available. Let us know if you need the cots set up for your convenience. We do live up on the main floor. I have 3 kids. You may hear footsteps, talking, or dog barking. If this may be an issue this may not be the place for you. Our parking is limited (business car logo are not allowed)
