One mile to Hopatcong State park w/winter activities (sledding, ice fishing and skating) and summer swimming / boat launch / picnics. Short walk to lake views. Near many biking trails, farms and recreation. Quiet street, easy parking. Comfortable, furnished, clean cottage. Great outdoor space with fenced yard, fire pit, wooded rear area, and large porch with picnic table. On a quiet street near many recreational highlights including Hopatcong State Park. Easy access to Route 80. Local farms and Delaware Water Gap nearby. Entire cottage and yard. My general practice is to pop down and say hello and make sure you have everything you need. I live a few blocks away and generally am nearby until check in confirmed in case there are any issues with the code. Garden area of Hopatcong; walking distance to lake viewpoints. One mile to Hopatcong State Park. Many trails and farms and recreation designations within 15 miles. Nice areas for walking; a car is necessary. Water filter to ensure clean drinking water Generator should power go out (operates everything but washer/driver and stove.) All season fun. Weather will impact which activities are available.
