The 'AVIA' at Scottland Yard farm!

The Avia 19 foot (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) travel trailer is our latest addition to Scottland Yard farm! If you've ever dreamed of camping on a farm in a traditional travel trailer, here is your chance! The Avia, by Nucamp has everything you need for a cut above glamping experience. This camping space has air conditioning, heat, kitchen, bath, dining, all contained within. it has a super cool awning that has lights around it. A 8x16 deck with a bistro table and grill. you also have your own campfire pit to enjoy! Scottland Yard is a family owned and operated farm. We have Sheep, horses, free range peafowl, rabbits, chickens and Koi. We also have a little Mercantile where you can purchase coffee, smore kits, bundled firewood, charcoal, lighter fluid, local wine and beer, koi, horse, rabbit and bird food to feed the farm animals etc. Additionally we have a small gift shop boutique offering gifts, jewelry, clothing, handmade soaps, incense etc. The lovely natural lined pool/pond with a beautiful waterfall, beach and floating devices is perfect for your relaxation. There are several outdoor common area bistro tables for dining and a shared indoor kitchen for your extended enjoyment. (Website hidden by Airbnb) You will have access to the outside grounds, our beautiful beach and natural pool (swimming with the koi), common area outdoor bistro tables and hammocks. Additionally we have a small merchantile shop which has charcoal, lighter fluid, fire starters and bundled wood for sale so well as little boxes of laundry soap. It also has koi, bird and horse snacks for purchase as well as mini smores kits all made up for you. We also have a small boutique with fun things such as jewelry, clothing and various things made and collected during our travels. You may feed our animals only the treats provided for sale in the merchantile. For purchases we accept cash, checks or (Hidden by Airbnb) . We have on sight coin op washer and dryer should you be here long enough to need to do laundry. All other dwellings including great hall, houses, tents, cabins the barn and pastures are not available for your use. We look forward to meeting you and sharing this great space with you! You will see our grandchildren and little helpers scurrying about. The natural pool is open to our guests from 10am- 9pm. Scottland Yard community consists of several small clustered homesteads. Each Sunday is 'Sunday funday' BBQ at Scottland Yard from 2-7pm. Monday-Thursdays from 2-6 we have family swimming at Scottland Yard. Our guests often join us for this joyful time. If you happen to arrive or are enjoying the facilities during these hours, please know that you're welcome to join us if you wish! car and taxi There are over 200 wineries in the Fingerlakes Region and many are within an hours drive. The closest one to us is Six Mile Creek Vineyard about 5 miles away. Quiet time begins at 10:00 PM. please be concious and respectful of other guests. Kitchen stove, sink, counters pots, pans mustard be cleaned. Dishes must be cleaned dried and put away after each use before leaving the area! ****July 4th weekend- please take into consideration before booking! There are fireworks (that can be heard) nearby at the neighbors homestead. Our July 4th weekend guests are invited to attend the neighborhood display. The display is not on our property. Our farm is located close enough that the fireworks are still loud. Fellow travelers, and/or children traveling with you may get frightened during the 15 minute display.
