Chatham Cozy Quiet Country Getaway

Cozy, partially open concept duplex, with farmhouse decor conveniently located just outside the village of Chatham between the Chatham Berry Farm and Mac-Haydn Theater and one mile from Main Street Chatham. Just a 10 minute drive to Art Omi and about 35 to 40 minutes from Catamount Mountain, Bosquet, Jiminy Peak Ski Resort, Great Barrington, MA, and Tanglewood. Only 20 minutes from Hudson. Traveling nurses and doctors and long term stays are welcome. The duplex has a small porch/deck outside (entrance in the back) with a large yard. You walk into the duplex and the dining area is on your left and the two bedrooms are on the right. The dining area is open to the living room with vaulted ceilings and is off the kitchen. Walk down the hall and there’s a closest, which includes a washer and dryer. Just beyond the washer and dryer closet is a large bathroom. The bathroom includes a large vanity with sink and a chair to apply makeup etc. there’s also a walk in stand up shower and a large closet. You have to walk through the smaller bedroom to get to very large bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a massive closet on one side and a smaller closet on the other side. The smaller bedroom has a full size LL Bean Black Iron Bed and a closet. Airbnb is entire attached modular addition with separate entrance. I live in the main house, but am only there 50 percent of the time or less between working as a Chatham School Bus Driver, running my own cleaning business, and staying at my other property, which I also Airbnb, on the Great Sacandaga Lake. I have two children that I share 50/50 custody with my ex and have a new addition…an Australian shepherd puppy named Duke, who is also only there when I am…sometimes home alone…and is leashed when outside. I like to give my guests their privacy and space, but will happily interact with you if you’d like. I am available via cell phone or email and respond promptly. The duplex is located on almost 6 acres so very private and quiet in the back.
